Mendon Board of Assessors approves FY27 budget and motor vehicle excise warrants. Assessor Kevin Rudden (Chair), Assessor Ken O'Brien, and Principal Assessor Sherrie Bates voted unanimously to accept the budget and sign a side-letter salary agreement for Bates, who confirmed satisfaction with her proposed FY27 compensation. The board also unanimously approved a release and new lien for 46 Miscoe Road following a subdivision that reduced taxable acreage to 10.42 acres and transferred remaining land to a tax-exempt entity.
The board voted unanimously to redact and release portions of executive session minutes from January 27, 2025, to an abatement applicant, protecting applicant names under state law.
