MENDON — Board of Assessors unanimously approves three articles for Annual Town Meeting scheduled May 12. Assessor Kevin Rudden, Chair, and the board backed $18,000 and $25,000 transfers to the Assessors Cyclical Inspection Program and Update Valuation Account. Principal Assessor Sherrie Bates reported the Senior Means Tested Exemption has grown to 23 applicants in FY26, exempting $66,030 in total value compared to 17 applicants exempting $26,898 in FY24.
The board then entered Executive Session to discuss abatement applications.
