Board of Health approves Health Agent employment agreement

MENDON — The Mendon Board of Health unanimously approved an employment agreement for Health Agent Colleen Strapponi, cementing job duties and responsibilities as part of a town-wide initiative to establish written contracts for non-union staff. Chairman Alan Greenberg, Vice-Chairman Tom Fichtner, and Member Joyce Gilmore voted 3-0 to ratify the agreement. The board advanced planning for a spring rabies clinic in April at $20 per vaccination and tabled discussion of drafted Property Transfer Regulations on Title 5 Inspection Reports for future review with the board's engineer.
