Mendon Board of Health unanimously approved four fiscal 2027 contracts and agreements. Chairman Alan Greenberg and two voting members ratified contracts for Clean Harbors hazardous waste management and Atlas landfill monitoring, and reappointed the MHOA as the town's tobacco agent. The board also unanimously approved an intermunicipal agreement with Walpole for waste negotiations, with Health Administrator Jack McLellan pledging to monitor counsel fees during the process.
Health Agent Colleen Strapponi was absent.
