Capital Planning Committee · Meeting of June 30, 2026

MENDON — The Capital Planning Committee reviewed capital requests from town departments and scheduled meetings with department heads for the first week of August to develop long-term capital planning. Town Administrator Jeremy Stull reported the town currently holds 700,000 dollars in free cash rolling from the current fiscal year, with a rough estimate of approximately 1.5 million dollars in total free cash pending final reconciliation. The committee set July 14 as a deadline to identify department heads needed for meetings and discussed developing a long-term Fire Fleet Plan given the high cost of fire vehicle replacements.
