Community Preservation Committee · Meeting of January 6, 2026
MENDON — Community Preservation Committee unanimously transfers scanner surplus to undesignated reserves. Anne Mazar, CPC Chair, moved a $325 reallocation from the Historical Scanner Account after a document-scanning initiative concluded successfully. The committee also announced a public hearing on the CPA and Land Use Five Year Plan scheduled for January 21, 2026, at 6:35 p.m., and urged residents to submit CPA project proposals for annual town meeting consideration within the next month.
An ad-free, volunteer-run online newspaper called the Mendon Commons, initiated by Sharon and Marty Luttrell, is expected to launch in late January.
