Finance Committee Delegates Budget Prep to Town Administrator

Mendon Finance Committee delegates Fiscal 2027 budget preparation to Town Administrator Jeremy Stull. Vice-Chair Carl Hommel, with members Billy Haddad and Jesse Curll present and Ron Zammuto attending remotely, approved the motion unanimously, aligning the Finance Committee's decision with a parallel Select Board vote. The committee also scheduled three consecutive joint planning sessions with the Select Board for February 23–25, plus a four-way meeting February 26 involving the Mendon-Rye School District Committee and the Upton Select Board and Finance Committee.
Town staff will draft a bylaw amendment to formalize the delegation process for future fiscal years.
