MENDON — General By-Laws Review Committee schedules noise bylaw public hearing. The committee, meeting remotely on January 14, unanimously approved prior minutes and tentatively set the noise bylaw public hearing for February 25. Chair Tom Merolli will coordinate with the Central Mass Regional Planning Commission on moving fees from bylaws into regulations, per Select Board request.
The committee is tracking status updates on Earth Removal, Rivers and Streams, and Council on Aging bylaws, with Merolli and Vice-Chair Carl Hommel assigned follow-up contacts. The recent Special Town Meeting drew approximately 60 attendees.
