The top recorded sales were a $250,000 sale at 1 Tower Rd. and a $250,000 transfer to Rockland Federal Credit Union on an unaddressed Mendon parcel. Ten of the 14 recorded deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as a party, and two transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers limited insight into broader market conditions this period.
