Mendon Select Board elects Michael Merolli as Chair during annual reorganization meeting. Alejna Brugos was unanimously elected Vice Chair, with four of five members present. The board appointed Fire Chief Jason Bangma as Forest Warden, ending a nine-year vacancy, and Kyle Jones as Police Cadet, plus three seasonal grounds maintenance workers.
The board accepted a $15,000 AARP Grant for resident technology assistance and a $5,000 well pump donation for the Fire Station.
