Nine Mendon Deeds Recorded in Late Summer, but Most Sale Prices Stay Private
Nine property transfers were recorded in Mendon between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $550,000 for 31 Hartford Ave West and $110,250 for 7 Hartford Ave West, putting the disclosed range at $110,250 to $550,000 with a median of $330,125. The remaining seven transfers, including properties on Tower Road, Parker Road, King Philip Path, Leone Lane and Washington Street, listed no consideration amount. Hartford Avenue West saw three separate recorded transfers, the most of any street this period. Several transfers involved banks, mortgage-registration entities or family trustees as parties. With pricing disclosed for only two of nine sales, the data does not support a broader read on market tone this month.
