The remaining seven transfers, including properties on Tower Road, Parker Road, King Philip Path, Leone Lane and Washington Street, listed no consideration amount. Hartford Avenue West saw three separate recorded transfers, the most of any street this period. Several transfers involved banks, mortgage-registration entities or family trustees as parties. With pricing recorded for only two of nine sales, the data does not support a broader read on market tone this month.
