Three transfers, involving the Quirk, Sullivan and Cameron families, list co-trustees sharing a surname, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family. Two others named a bank or mortgage entity among the parties. With price data absent across the board, the underlying market's direction cannot be determined from this month's records alone.
