No Sale Prices Disclosed in Any of Mendon's Eight August Property Transfers
Eight Mendon properties were recorded as sold between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated this period. Transfers were recorded at 30 Washington St., 11 Bellingham St., 21 Puddingstone Lane, 9 Puffer Drive, 5 Bates St., 170 Millville Road, 170 Millville St. and an unspecified Mendon address. Three transfers, involving the Quirk, Sullivan and Cameron families, list co-trustees sharing a surname, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family. Two others named a bank or mortgage entity among the parties. With price data absent across the board, the underlying market's direction cannot be determined from this month's records alone.
