Only one of ten recent Mendon property deeds disclosed a sale price, leaving July's snapshot of the market data limited
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 10 Mendon property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one disclosed a sale price: $704,000, recorded July 30, with Pratik V. Patel as seller and Jeanne Darc Credit Union as buyer. That figure stands as the period's only known price point, low, high and median alike. Millville Street had two of the 10 recorded transfers; six transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as grantor or grantee. With pricing disclosed for just one in 10 deeds, the data does not support characterizing the period as active, quiet, or favoring buyers or sellers.
