MENDON — Planning Board approves lot-line realignment for Milford Street owner. Vice Chair Barry Iadarola presided over a brief meeting in which the board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan for property owner Bob Sweet at 58C Milford Street. The plan allows Sweet to move lot lines across his parcels, transferring approximately 6,000 square feet from parcel A to parcel C to better align with adjacent properties.
Chair Damon Tinio was absent; members Jason Krauss, Eric Hodge, and Francis Niro voted in favor.
