Chair Damon Tinio and board members Barry Iadarola, Jason Krauss, Eric Hodge, and Francis Niro reviewed materials from engineer Dale McKinnon of Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., including a response to Graves Engineering peer review comments and a noise study of the applicant's existing Blackstone operation. The board discussed the lighting plan, landscaping buffer, and setback distances from residential properties.
The approval included all requested waivers.
