Planning Board approved three site plan reviews at its October 5 meeting, voting unanimously on all. The approvals were for 36 Milford Street (Nathan Chamberlin) for office space with conditions; 109 Uxbridge Road (Joe Sokal) contingent on Graves Engineering peer review before building permit issuance; and 12 Mowry Street (Debi Gregor) for solar ground mount installation. Town Planner Dylan Lindholm and Administrative Assistant Rory Crisfield were present; four of five board members attended.
