MENDON — The Planning Board opened and continued multiple applications, with three hearings scheduled for September 21. Board member Barry Iadarola moved for continuances of public hearings for 3 Morrison Drive and 36 Milford Street, seconded by Jason Krauss; all members unanimously approved both. The board cited pending peer review materials for the deferrals.
The board also opened and voted to continue a major site plan review for 109 Uxbridge Road, presented by Joe Sokal, following board discussion and public comment from resident Carol Kotras about proposed business types and wetlands protection concerns. The special permit application for 149 Uxbridge Road was deferred to a future meeting.
