Mendon Select Board authorizes energy contract authority. Town Administrator Jeremy Stull won unanimous authorization to execute the Energy Aggregation Agreement when favorable pricing emerges, permitting quick action before the Community Choice Power Supply Program contract expires in September 2026. The board unanimously appointed Claudia Cataldo to the Insurance Advisory Review Committee, Michael Merolli as alternate delegate to the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, and Michael Goddard to the Capital Planning Committee, with appointment terms expiring between 2027 and 2029.
Woodard & Curran representatives reported favorable test results at the Providence Road test site, confirming a viable groundwater source.
