Historic Commission addresses 11 Cape Road demolition without permits issued.
The Historic Commission held a joint meeting with the Local Historic District Commission to address the unpermitted demolition of a 1½-story building at 11 Cape Road owned by Bethany Church. Chair Dan Byer explained the structure was subject to demolition review as a property aged 75 years or more,
