Mendon Records 10 Property Transfers in September, but Most Prices Still Pending
Mendon recorded 10 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices posted for only two: $103,000 at 10 Gaskill St. and $650,000 in an unaddressed transfer, both recorded within the same week. Based on those two figures, the median price was $376,500. The remaining eight transfers, including two on Forest Park and others on King Philip Path, Thayer Road, Calumet Circle, Mowry Street, Northbridge Street and Blackstone Street, await price data, which typically appears in registry records within about a week. With pricing available for just a fifth of the month's transfers, the data does not support characterizing September as active or quiet for Mendon's housing market.
