Mendon Board of Health unanimously appoints Jordan Andrade as animal inspector. Chairman Alan Greenberg presided over three unanimous votes: approving the appointment of Jordan Andrade, effective July 13; approving a septic system local upgrade at 5 Bates Street; and designating Jack McLellan as Primary Representative for FY27 Public Health Emergency Preparedness, with Health Agent Colleen Strapponi as Secondary. Two of five PurpleAir air-quality sensors from MassDEP are now operational at Town Hall and Lake Nipmuc, with three more planned for Miscoe Middle School, Providence Street, and Southwick's Zoo.
