Mendon Board of Health approves prior meeting minutes and hears Animal Inspector candidate. Chairman Alan Greenberg, Vice-Chairman Tom Fichtner, and Member Joyce Gilmore voted unanimously to approve three sets of prior meeting minutes from April 22, May 13, and May 27. The Board also heard from Jordan Andrade, a Blackstone veterinary professional with five years of Tufts experience, who presented as a candidate for the Animal Inspector position, expressing interest in educating residents about animal and agricultural resources.
The Board took no vote on his candidacy but indicated it would follow up within two weeks.
