MENDON — Water Commission approves disputed water bill adjustment for Cape Road resident following meter investigation. Commissioner Vincent Roy's motion to adjust the disputed $4,455 quarterly bill for resident Jay Keller by averaging usage from the same quarter over three years and abating charges above that average, including interest and penalties, passed unanimously.
