Conservation Commission approves Notice of Intent for Uxbridge Road development

Mendon Conservation Commission approves dock and retaining walls project; issues enforcement order for unpermitted tree cutting. The Commission voted unanimously to approve a Notice of Intent for 80 & 82 Uxbridge Road, including retaining walls, a dock addition, and waiver of the 50-foot no-build setback for a garage. Property owner Shane MacQuarrie received an enforcement order at 8 Sandra Circle requiring him to cease work and file a new Notice of Intent, having exceeded the scope of an earlier determination.
The Commission also issued Certificates of Compliance for completed work at 220 Millville Street and 23 Cape Road.
