MENDON — Planning Board approves site plan for 35 Cape Rd. development. The Planning Board unanimously endorsed a site plan and special permit for a proposed development at 35 Cape Rd., including approval of the stormwater management plan, during a continuation hearing. The board reviewed a peer review letter from Graves Engineering and discussed conditions addressing lighting, construction hours, parking, and site drainage.
Board member Damon Tinio recused himself due to a previously disclosed conflict of interest. Resident Sherwood Wiganowske questioned the drainage plan during public comment.
