Planning Board continues three site plan reviews pending engineering reports

Planning Board · Meeting of August 24, 2026

Mendon Planning Board defers all three site plan applications pending engineering assessments. At its August 24 meeting, the board heard a continuation of 35 Cape Road and two new applications for 3 Morrison Drive and 36 Milford Street. Vice Chairman Damon Tinio and Member Eric Hodge disclosed conflicts of interest regarding the Cape Road application; Tinio recused himself with member Barry Iadarola serving as acting chair.

The board voted unanimously to continue all three hearings pending peer reviews from Graves Engineering: Cape Road to August 31 and both new applications to September 14. The board requested a noise impact assessment for the Morrison Drive project.
