Planning Board approves two site plans with conditions
Mendon Planning Board approved two commercial site plans with conditions, plus a residential solar expansion.
Planning Board · Meeting of October 5, 2026
Mendon Planning Board approved two commercial site plans with conditions, plus a residential solar expansion. The board unanimously approved a site plan modification for 36 Milford Street, attaching conditions that bar hazardous waste, vehicle salvage and other nuisance materials from outdoor storage, with member Barry Iadarola reading the full prohibited-materials list into the record. It also approved a conditional site plan review for 109 Oxford Road, contingent on the applicant's engineer satisfying all items in a Graves Engineering peer-review letter before a building permit issues; one member said he was "a little uncomfortable" voting without "the complete picture from Graves" but supported the conditioned approach.
A third unanimous vote cleared a minor site plan for a second ground-mounted solar array and two Tesla backup batteries. Town Planner Dylan Lindholm presented the engineering review findings for both commercial items.
