MENDON — Planning Board corrects decision on 35 Cape Road. The Mendon Planning Board corrected its June 16 decision and continued a public hearing on a proposed 22,250-square-foot mixed office/warehouse building, navigating conflicts that required an acting chair and Rule of Necessity invocation. Chair Damon Tinio recused himself as property owner; member Eric Hodge as an abutter.
The board approved the correction to reflect a Site Plan Review rather than a Special Permit, with the hearing continued to August 24, 2026. The board also endorsed ANR applications to divide parcels on 30 Washington Street (19 acres) and 43 Bates Street (1.2 acres).
